How to Measure at Home

Option 1: With a Soft Tape

• Wrap it around the base of your finger.
• Write down the length in cm/in where it overlaps.
• Match to the “Circumference” column above.

Option 2: With a Strip + Ruler

• Cut a thin strip of paper, wrap it, mark the overlap.
• Lay it flat against a ruler to measure in cm/mm/in.
• Match the result to the chart.

Option 3: With a Ring + App

• Take a ring that fits perfectly.
• Measure its inside diameter with a ruler or use a phone “Measure” app.
• Match to the “Diameter” column above.

✨ Pro Tip: Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are warm. If between sizes, always size up.
