- Material: Crafted in 18k gold-plated stainless steel or 925 sterling silver (hypoallergenic & tarnish-resistant).
- Durability: Resistant to daily wear, but avoid direct contact with water, sweat, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to maintain shine and plating.
- Care: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishing dips.
- Storage: Store separately in a dry place, ideally in the Pecan & Bloom pouch/box to prevent scratches.
- Stone Details: Zirconia/crystal embellishments should be handled delicately; avoid knocks, drops, or extreme heat.

- Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on location.

Returns & Exchanges
- No Returns/Exchanges: For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
- As part of our limited-release model, once sold, pieces are not restocked or returned

How to Measure at Home
Option 1: With a Soft Tape
- Wrap it around the base of your finger.
- Write down the length in cm/in where it overlaps.
- Match to the “Circumference” column above.
Option 2: With a Strip + Ruler
- Cut a thin strip of paper, wrap it, mark the overlap.
- Lay it flat against a ruler to measure in cm/mm/in.
- Match the result to the chart.
Option 3: With a Ring + App
- Take a ring that fits perfectly.
- Measure its inside diameter with a ruler or use a phone “Measure” app.
- Match to the “Diameter” column above.
